Q.   Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds? 

A.   We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final, so please be sure to carefully read the item's description before purchasing. You can check out our Refund Policy for more information

Q.   Do you allow open boxes?

A.   Yes, we allow open boxes. Our Open Box Policy lets customers combine multiple orders into a single shipment. This helps save on shipping costs.

Q.   How do I request an Open Box? 

A.   To mark your box as open, use the discount code OPENBOX at checkout. This will subtract the shipping fee from your order. When you are ready for your order to ship, send us a DM on Instagram @valerianGems or email us at valeriangems@gmail.com. Once shipping is calculated, we will create a website listing for the shipping fee.

Q.   Do you offer free shipping? 

A.   At this time, we do not offer free shipping; However, you can request that we keep your box open until you're ready for the items to be shipped. This will help you save on shipping.

Q.   What payment methods do you accept?

A.   We accept all major Debit/credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, Afterpay, and Valerian Gems Digital Giftcards.

Q.    Do you offer payment plans? 

A.   Payment plans are available through Paypal and Afterpay. You can also request a 4 to 6-week payment plan through Valerian Gems if the total amount is over $200. For orders over $500, we offer an 8-week payment plan. If your order is over $1000, a 12-week payment plan is available. Payment is due every 2 weeks for all plans. Your order will not ship until your plan is fully paid.
